In 2007 we equipped our factory with an automated vinyl production line predominantly for our own use but not exclusively as we have undertaken to welcome enquiries from outside Companies to have their own free issue boards and wallcoverings pre decorated by Docklands.Factory finishing panels is a very effective way of producing a pre decorated panel within a very short lead time for use within the dry lining, shop fitting and partititioning market. By having pre decorated panels delivered direct to site you are eliminating the need for wet trades thus speeding up the time spent on site.
We here at Docklands are capable of laminating any of the main suppliers of wallcovering products including paper or fabric backed vinyls, Plastylon Pure PVC which is exclusive to Docklands as well as pressing and bonding laminate of any colour or description.We actively encourage our customers to use our service regardless of if they are buying one of our systems or not. We can vinyl onto boards from 4mm - 100mm in thickness and up to 1200mm in width and up to 3.6mtr in length.
