| New Project Docklands are pleased to announce that we have now started on site in Braintree Essex on a major refurbishment project for one of our established customers on their recently purchased new factory unit. Works will include re configuration of and new partitioned offices and work shops as well as 3no new mezzanine floors , staircases and suspended ceilings. The existing factory floor is to be shot blasted and totally re painted with new vinyl flooring to workshops. Works will also include air conditioning, carpets and plumbing.
